The entire community is invited to attend this Meet the Candidates Forum to hear from our four school board candidates before election day on April 7. This event will help voters make an informed decision. 

The event will be moderated by the League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis (LWV) and sponsored by the Ladue School District. 

Three seats on the Ladue Schools Board of Education are up for election on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Four individuals have filed for these seats—including three incumbents and one new candidate. The candidates (listed in alphabetical order) are:

Peter Gariepy (Incumbent)

Kisha Lee (Incumbent)

Tim Reboulet

Give your child the spotlight for one special day as a Guest Speaker on the Spoede Broadcast—our daily live-streamed show that reaches every classroom! As the special guest, your student gets the opportunity to be on TV leading the whole school in either the Pledge of Allegiance or the Spoede ROCKS Pledge!

There will be a keynote at the beginning with followed by concurrent break-outs session offerings. When registering, please choose one breakout Session. Our Right At School partners will provide childcare. If you need this service please register your child. Families are invited to enjoy dinner together from 5-5:50 p.m. before the event starts.

Parent University was established by the district's Student and Community Services Department with a mission to empower parents through education. 

Dates: Friday, April 17 or Saturday, April 18

Time: Slots available between 4:30 and 7:15 PM both days

Location: Nature Playscape at Forest Park

Families sign up for a 10-minute slot. No cost to have your picture taken! Within 2 weeks of your photo shoot, you'll receive a proofing gallery (color and B&W). Orders must be submitted with 7-days of receiving the gallery. Pricing starts at $10 for prints and $36 for digital files. 10% of sales will be donated back to Spoede!

The Spoede SSA has partnered with STL CITY SC to set up a fundraising night at Energizer Park! Join family and friends as CITY2 continues their journey for the MLS Next Pro Cup.

Tickets (incl. fees) are $18.

$5 from each ticket sold through this link will go back to Spoede Elementary!
